Warranty Info

All products carry the manufactures warranty. If a product fails during its warranty period, we will remove the product and send to the manufacture for exchange or repair. Products that fail during the warranty period will be uninstalled and re-installed at no charge up to 3 years from date of sale.

Installation/Labor Warranty– Installation warranty will cover any connections or fasteners installed by Integrated Auto Solutions. This does not include products, parts, or normal ware and tare. We will warranty our installations for 3 years from date of sale. 

Return Policy

Any product ordered that is not “vehicle specific” can be returned within 30 days of the date of sale. Products returned within 30 days from the date of sale will receive a refund with a 10% restocking fee deducted from the cost of the product. Refunds are sent within 2-4 weeks. In order to return a product contact IAS for a Return Merchandise Authorization form. 

Vehicle Specific Products: A “vehicle specific” product is any product ordered that is designed to go in a specific vehicle (ex: Ford emblem backup camera). We will not accept returns on vehicle specific products. All vehicle specific sales are final.
